The Master's in Cell and Molecular Biology program includes a one-year and 4+1 option designed to enhance the competitiveness of students applying to postgraduate professional schools, such as Medical and Dental School, and a two-year option designed to prepare students for a career in biotechnology fields.
The MS requires a minimum of 30 credit hours and a cumulative grade point average of 3.000. Program requirements can be found in the table below.
Curriculum Requirements
Students must complete a total of 30 credit hours, with a cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, in order to receive the MS degree. Students may select from the course list below. Undergraduate students that plan to complete a 4+1 MS must take 2 courses at the 6000 level in the final undergraduate year.
