Occupational and Environmental Health Sciences, MS

The Occupational and Environmental Health Sciences (OEHS) MS Program at Tulane will provide industrial hygiene training in the recognition, evaluation, and control of workplace and environmental health hazards. The curriculum and applied learning opportunities draw upon Tulane's leadership in training industrial hygiene students to tackle critical contemporary issues in emerging health hazards and exposure science. Our program provides the knowledge and skills to identify workplace hazards, to comply with government regulations, and to manage occupational and community health exposures. Except for a week-long hands-on experience in New Orleans, the curriculum is delivered online in a blended format of synchronous, asynchronous, and applied format.
The MS in Occupational and Environmental Health Science requires 36 credit hours.
