Sustainable Real Estate Development Certificate (Graduate)
The SRED Graduate Certificate is open to Tulane students and non-degree-seeking professionals. The Certificate is especially valuable for students in Tulane’s Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Historic Preservation programs, and it also welcomes applicants from related disciplines and industry roles seeking development fluency. It also serves as a foundation for the MSRED degree, allowing students to complete the Certificate first and then decide whether to pursue the full MSRED program.
