MCOM 302 Advanced Managerial Communication

Corporate communication is the centralized management of communication highlighting a companys competitiveness, productivity, and financial success. With real-world examples, the class will explore areas of employee communication, investor relations, media relations and government relations. Students will analyze poor business decisions, leaked memos, unfair treatment by the press, and negative rumors, as well as, offer practical solutions to the communication error. Thereby proving reputation management is the key to any successful corporate communication.
